    Generally no, the FCC has very strict requirements for radio frequencies and they usually do not allow people to boost specific signals due to interference. You might try looking up a few hobby sites to see if they sell boosted antennas to see if that will help the distance but I doubt it. Or you can also increase the antenna length on your RC car to see if will pick up the signal. Try looping the antenna around the interior of the car before running it up the antenna staff.
